Ingredients:
Medjool dates
Peanut butter
Melted dark chocolate
Sea salt
Method:
Gently remove the pits from the dates, making sure the dates stay whole and don’t split into 2 halves.
Use a spoon to fill each date with some peanut butter.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top to coat the dates. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Place in the fridge until the chocolate has set, approximately 1 hour.
